For Sensitive, Deep-Feeling Humans Seeking a Kinder Way…
Here, your nervous system, mind, and heart are honored.
Together we slow down, make space for what is present, and meet it with curiosity and care.
We’ll forge a path of healing that moves at your pace and honors your unique way of being.
The Foundations of My Work
-
My work is rooted in established, evidence-based psychotherapy approaches that provide structure, reliability, and clarity. Clinical skill offers a steady foundation for healing—supporting meaningful change that is thoughtful, ethical, and tailored to you.
-
I work with a deep respect for the nervous system and the diverse ways people experience, process, and move through the world. Therapy is adapted to honor neurodivergence, sensitivity, and trauma histories—recognizing that healing is not one-size-fits-all and must unfold at your pace.
-
Drawing from my Zen training and Buddhist psychology, I integrate mindfulness and contemplative practices in ways that support insight, self-compassion, and resilience. You do not need to be Buddhist to engage in this work—these practices are offered as practical, accessible tools in service of your healing.
-
Healing happens not only through insight, but through lived, felt experience—both in the body and in relationship. This is where trauma-informed care, neurodivergent affirmation, mindfulness, and clinical skill converge, supporting integration that is grounded, consensual, and lasting.
